Site description (2009 baseline)
Located in the east of ZoigĂȘ County. The main habitats are coniferous forest, scrub and grassland, and areas below 3,200 m have largely been converted into agricultural land.

Key biodiversity

Non-bird biodiversity: Nationally protected animals include Panthera pardus, Felis lynx, Felis temmincki, Ailurus fulgens, Cervus unicolor, Cervus elaphus, Moschus berezovskii, Moschus sifanicus, Naemorhedus goral, Ovis ammon and Pseudois nayaur.
