Site summary
The site consists of on upland area located in the Malé Karpaty foothills in the geographical unit of Trnav­ská pahorkatina. Agriculture habitats dominate, but the area also includes marginal temporary forest and water habitats. The region is used for agriculture and hunting activities and is an important nesting site for birds of prey and other birds of open agricultural land. Birds are endangered by intensive agricul­tural activities with an excessive use of chemicals, as well as by hunting. The site is not proposed as an SPA.
