Site description (2000 baseline)
A small archipelago of three islands˜Tavolara (the largest), Molara and Molarotto˜off the north-east coast of Sardinia. Vegetation is mainly maquis. Tourism is the main land-use.

Key biodiversity
An important breeding site for seabirds.
