Site summary
Situated due east of Pofadder, this IBA consists of four farms consisting of mountains, plains and grasslands. The IBA holds both the globally threatened Red Lark Calendulauda burra, which inhabits the red sand dunes, and the near-threatened Sclater's Lark Spizocorys sclateri, which occurs erratically on the barren stony plains.
