Site summary
This IBA represents core habitat for the vulnerable Malleefowl and includes six species restricted to the mallee and south-western biome: Regent Parrot, Western Rosella, Red-capped Parrot, Blue-breasted Fairy-wren, Purple-gaped Honeyeater and Western Yellow Robin. The endangered Carnaby's Black-Cockatoo occurs, but its status is poorly known.
