Site description (2019 baseline)
Južna Bačka IBA geographically lies in the southeastern part of Bačka and northern part of Srem bordered with Danube river. Its mostly agricultural, flat area planted with crops interspaced with roads, canal network and small tree edges. Along IBA borders there is seven settlements including Novi Sad, Žabalj and Titel municipalities.
