Site description (2019 baseline)
Čemerno Mt. is medium altitude mountain massif located in southwestern Serbia, on the left side of the Ibar River, north of Studenica river and south of Dubočica and Borošnica rivers. It extends about 21 kilometers in a northwest-southeast direction and belongs to Dinarides. It is covered mostly by Beech woodland. The most important peaks besides the highest Smrdljuč (1579 m) are Gvozdac (1456 m), Rudo brdo (1454 m), Gusarica (1535 m) and Tičije brdo (1430 m). Inside IBA there is 10 scatered villages which belongs to Ivanjica and Kraljevo municipalities.
