Site summary
This stretch of coast supports over 1% of the world population of Cape Barren Geese, Chestnut Teal and the near threatened Hooded Plover. It has occasionally supported large numbers of Double-banded Plover and Pied Oystercatcher and breeding Fairy Terns but these numbers appear to be irregular.
