Justification of Red List category
This species has a small range; however, much of its habitat is apparently secure and its population is not considered to be severely fragmented or restricted to a few locations. Some habitat loss has occurred within its range, and this species is therefore considered Near Threatened.

Population size: Unknown mature individuals

Population trend: Decreasing

Distribution size (breeding/resident): 13,700 km2

Country endemic: Yes
