Site description (2000 baseline)
Coastal cliffs with higher areas dominated by scrub and small patches of Pinus halepensis and Juniperus phoenicea forest. The southern area of the cape has practically no vegetation. The main human activities are agriculture and hunting.

Key biodiversity
An important site for breeding seabirds, particularly Puffinus yelkouan.
