Site description (2009 baseline):
Site location and context
Located in Yunlong County, Dali Baizu Autonomous County. The main habitat types are evergreen broadleaf forest, deciduous broadleaf forest, coniferous forest, scrub and grassland, and there are also montane lakes and streams. The IBA has a significantly large area of primary Yunnan pine forest and serves as a seed bank for this species.
Non-bird biodiversity: No information.
Conservation responses/actions for key biodiversity
Established as a provincial-level nature reserve (6,630 ha) in 1983.
