Site location and context

Mainly deciduous woodland and conifer plantations, with smaller areas of heath and bog.

Key biodiversity

Pernis apivorus, Tringa glareola, Bubo bubo and Dryocopus martius, listed on Annex I of the EC Birds Directive, breed at the site.

Protected areas

National Low International High2,340 ha of IBA covered by Special Protection Area (Lindet Skov, 2,340 ha).
