Site description (2000 baseline)
One of the best preserved steppe areas in the River Ebro basin. The vegetation is a mixture of steppe-grassland and arable agriculture.
Key biodiversity
This is an important site for breeding steppic species. Species of global conservation concern that do not meet IBA criteria: Otis tarda (15 non-breeding individuals).
