Population justification: The global population is estimated to number 50,000-499,999 mature individuals (Partners in Flight 2019).
Trend justification:
The species has undergone a moderate decline between 1970 and 2014 (Partners in Flight 2019). A remote-sensing study found that forest loss within its range over three generations was potentially 9% (Tracewski et al. 2016); thus the species may be declining by <10% over three generations.
