Taxonomic note
Rhinopomastus castaneiceps (del Hoyo and Collar 2014) was previously placed in the genus PhoeniculusPhoeniculus castaneiceps and P. brunneiceps (del Hoyo et al. 2013) were previously lumped as P. castaneiceps following Sibley and Monroe (1990, 1993).
