Aulacorhynchus prasinus, A. wagleri, A. caeruleogularis, A. albivitta, A. cyanolaemus and A. atrogularis (del Hoyo and Collar 2014) were previously lumped as A. prasinus following Sibley and Monroe (1990, 1993).
