Site description
Large flat depression within the wide Dzhanibekskaya plian. Since 1962 this depression was irrigate and used as agricultural lands. As a result of artifitial irrigation many lands became salt and then were transfermed into pastures.
Key biodiversity
During spring migration from 25000-50000 up to 100000-150000 waterfowls are stopping here for the rest and feeding. Number of birds depends from lwater evel. Bird species include Branta ruficollis, Anser erythropus, Anas platyrhynchos, A.acuta, A.querquedulla, A.clypeata etc. For more details about bird number special investigations are needed
