Site description (baseline)
A hilly area in southern Sicily, north of the coastal village of Sciacca. The main habitats are rocky cliffs, pastures and arable land. The main land-use is agriculture.

Key biodiversity
The most important breeding site for Falco naumanni in Sicily, and also important for other breeding raptors, especially Falco peregrinus and Falco biarmicus.
