Year of compilation: 2007

The FSM NBSAP (2002) includes the Sokeh’s Ridge and the Dau Mwoakote Mangroves as potential conservation areas. The proposed IBA includes part of the ridge and mangrove forest in the same general area as that of the potential conservation areas.

Non-bird biodiversity: Conservation targets include (NBSAP, 2002): • Mangrove Forest • Pohnpei Flying Fox

Possibly to include clearing, habitat removal, and invasive species.
