A mountain in the north of Lesvos. The vegetation is a mix of dense maquis, oak Quercus woodland, phrygana and olive-groves.
Key biodiversity
The site is of importance for breeding and passage raptors. Species of global conservation concern that do not meet IBA criteria: Larus audouinii (non-breeding).

Threats include a developing road network, tourism development and illegal housing development.
