Site description
The site consists of an area of mainly arable land and a small area of grassland on the border of the Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer National Park.
Key biodiversity
The site holds 20,000 waterbirds on passage on a regular basis, including 12,820 Vanellus vanellus and 4,235 Larus canus.
