Site description
Karađorđevo is situated in southwestern Bačka District in Vojvodina Province (N Serbia). IBA in completely flat and involve two spatially distinct parts: Bukinski rit and Vranjak/Guvnište forests. The most important natural goods of this area are the marshy forests of autochthonous oaks, willows and poplars interspaced with ponds, canals and swamps. It has characteristics floodplain vegetation and plant species. There is no settlements inside of IBA. Bačka Palanka and Bač municipalities share administrative obligations.
