Site description (2000 baseline):

A high-altitude plain in the Erzgebirge with Picea forest, bog, wet meadows, pasture and cultivated land.

Species of global conservation concern that do not meet IBA criteria: Crex crex (breeding).

National None International HighIBA overlaps with Special Protection Area.
