The depth ranges from 151 to 5388 m, with a mean annual wind speed of 2.41 m/s, mean annual sea surface temperature falls between 7.19 and 11.19 °C and mean annual chlorophyll-a concentrations found to range between 0.37 and 1.51 mg/m3.
