A pond with a broad fringe of reed Phragmites and sedge, surrounded by wet meadows and grassland.



Key biodiversity
This is an important area for breeding and passage waterbirds.



Protected areas
National High International Partial57 ha of IBA covered by Nature Reserve (Ober-Mooser Teich, 57 ha). IBA overlaps with Special Protection Area.
