The NE part of Durbe lake with wet meadows and fields along the Lanupe river. The site is surroundedmainly by farmland. Listed as an IBA since 2000 [3, 1]. Fully protected: there is a 100% overlap with the newly designated Durbe lake meadows restricted nature reserve, a candidate SPA.
