Located around 9 km north-east of Sumedang.

Non-bird biodiversity: Other important fauna is Trachypithecus auratus (Nijman 1997).



Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
Hunting and illegal timber cutting (MacKinnon et.al. 1982).



Protected areas
1250 ha of this area declared as Recreation Park based on SK Menteri Pertanian No. 423/Kpts/Um/7/1979 on 5 July 1979 (Anon 1997, Anon 1998).



Habitat and land use
The habitat type in this site is mountain rainforest (MacKinnon et.al. 1982). Although only few information already known from this site, but based on good forest condition it is predicted that the site is important for biodiversity.
