Nishinoshima island

Site description (baseline)
Nishinoshima is an uninhabited volcanic island located at about 130 km to the west of Chichijima island, and consists of the old island, the new island and the gravel ground which connected both islands by the explosion in 1973. The site is a breeding site for many seabirds.
