Site description (2000 baseline):

A rugged mountain covered with phrygana and rocky sites. The main human activity is livestock-farming.

This is an important site for raptors and species occurring in scrub.

The main threat is from the high grazing pressure and anthropogenic fires. Part of the area is a candidate SAC.
